The device consists of individual cells which independently form a flotation separation loop without the need for any auxiliary equipment. They all are built to execute the next functions: air absorption, slurry absorption and flotation separation. Each of the cells is found horizontally to facilitate the simple change of flow. The mineral slurry circulates with a reasonable rate as well as the disposition of coarse sand is largely avoided. A self-control device is situated at first glance of the mineral slurry facilitating easy adjustment with the level. There are two types of vanes perfectly located at the impeller: backward-inclined upper vanes reducing vanes, for upper and lower circulation of mineral slurry.
Application
Flotation machine is widely used for roughing, concentrating and reverse flotation of nonferrous metals which include copper, lead ore, zinc, nickel and molybdenum, ferrous metal and nonmetallic minerals.
The flotation machine may be effectively applied for applications concerning the separation of ferrous and non ferrous metal for example fluorite and talc. The device comes with an impeller which actively works to create centrifugal forces in the form of negative pressure.
The machine impellers and stators ought to be kept well away and replacement done the moment they get worn. The pump bearings should be maintained every 90 days.
